摘 要:利用嵌段共聚物自组装获得有序纳米结构一直以来都是新材料领域备受关注的热点问题。嵌段共聚物的无序-有序相变,也是系统从成核到分相的过程。异相成核概念的引入,可以实现自组装结构的可控生长,从而获得目标结构。本文首先分析传统均相成核过程中相分离的影响因素,以此设计出基于异相成核概念的有特定取向的诱导势场,从而实现了大尺度有序纳米结构。这一方法,可以为新材料领域的纳米结构制备提供理论指导。The various ordered nanostructures via the block copolymer self-assembly has always been a hot topic in the field of advanced materials.The phase transition of block copolymer from disorder to order is also the process from nucleation to micro phase separation.However,long-range ordered nanostructures could not be obtained by only using homogeneous nucleation.The technology of heterogeneous nucleation can realize the controllable growth of self-assembly.The influencing factors of phase separation in the process of homogeneous nucleation were firstly analyzed,then the induced potential field with specific orientation based on the concept of heterogeneous nucleation was presented,and the large-scale ordered nanostructures were finally obtained.This scheme can provide theoretical guidance for the preparation of nanostructures.
