针罐疗法治疗白癜风经验

摘　　要：白癜风是临床上一类难治性皮肤病,表现为皮肤局部色素脱失斑,临床诊疗各异,属易诊难治性疾病。在秉承各医家临床经验的基础上,总结出白癜风的病因病机责之于外感风邪,气血瘀滞,并提出在临床治疗上运用中医独特针罐疗法,从经络、气血论治白癜风,在临床上屡获良效。遂总结如下,以供同道参考与借鉴。Vitiligo is a type of clinically refractory skin disease.It is manifested as partial depigmentation of the skin.There are a variety of clinical treatments for the disease.This article concludes that the etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo are related to the external pathogenic wind,qi stagnation and blood stasis,on the basis of the clinical experiences of various doctors.It also proposed using the unique acupuncture and cupping therapy of TCM in the clinical treatment of vitiligo.It can achieve remarkable curative effect in the treatment of vitiligo based on theory of meridian and theory of qi and blood.This study provides reference of the clinical treatment of vitiligo.
