摘　　要：建立了一种气相色谱-质谱法对8种芬太尼及N-苯乙基-4-哌啶酮进行定量测定。考察了提取溶剂、HLB净化柱、洗脱溶剂的影响,优化了实验条件。9种化合物在5~100 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.975 6~0.995 1,方法检出限为1.05~2.78 mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.7%~8.1%(n=5),加标回收率为78.5%~96.7%。该方法可用于海关查验进出口物质中8种芬太尼及N-苯乙基-4-哌啶酮或芬太尼类似物质。A method of gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was established for determining eight fentanyl and N-phenylethyl-4-piperidone.The influence factors of extraction solvent,HLB purification column and elution solvent were investigated,and other experimental conditions were also optimized.Nine substances had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 5–100 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9756–0.9951,the detection limits were 1.05–2.78 mg/L,the relative standard deviations were 4.7%–8.1%(n=5),and the recoveries were 78.5%–96.7%.This experimental method can be used to identify eight kinds of fentanyl new psychoactive substances(NPS)and fentanyl analogues N-phenylethyl-4-piperidone in the substances by import and export customs,which provides strong technical support for customs enforcement inspection.
