摘 要:对近5年来设计合成的新型香豆素荧光探针研究进展进行综述。系统阐述合成新型香豆素荧光探针在生物学领域的应用,主要包括检测内源性物质、监测细胞结构形态、对重金属离子的定性定量分析等。香豆素母核的活性位点多样,适于结构修饰,基于香豆素荧光探针对7、8位的活性位点进行改造,得到一系列新型香豆素衍生物荧光探针。通过对此类荧光传感器相关技术进展进行综述,为寻找新的荧光结合位点以及合成新型香豆素衍生物传感器提供参考。The research progress of coumarin fluorescent probes designed and synthesized in recent five years was reviewed.The application of new coumarin fluorescent probes in biological field was systematically reviewed,including the detection of endogenous substances,monitoring of cell structure and morphology,qualitative and quantitative analysis of heavy metal ions.The active sites of coumarin mother nucleus were various and suitable for structural modification.A series of novel coumarin derivatives fluorescent probes were obtained by modifying the active sites at positions 7 and 8 based on coumarin fluorescent probes.This review provides a reference for the search for new fluorescent binding sites and the synthesis of novel coumarin derivative sensors.
