摘  要:建立X-射线荧光光谱法测定伟晶岩中主次量组分SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、MgO、TiO_(2)、K_(2)O、Na_(2)O、CaO、MnO、P_(2)O_(5)的快速分析方法。在优化的实验条件下,采用国家标准物质和自制标准样品建立标准工作曲线,并用基体校准一体回归方程进行谱线重叠干扰和基体效应校正。各元素线性相关系数均大于0.9995,检出限为70〜280μg/g„对国家标准物质及样品进行重复测定,分析结果与标准值吻合,相对误差不超过10%,相对标准偏差不大于5%(n=12)。该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,能满足快速分析的需要。A rapid analytical method to determine the contents of SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3),MgO,TiO_(2),K_(2)O,Na_(2)O,CaO,MnO,P_(2)O_(5)in pegmatite was developed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Under the selected experimental conditions,the content of different components was got from the curve by determining the fluorescence intensity using working curve plotted by national standard samples and self-manufacturing standard samples.The spectral line overlap interference and matrix effect were corrected by the integrated regression equation of calibration curve and matrix correction.The linear correlation coefficients were all more than 0.9995.The detection limits of each element were 70〜280μg/g.The components contents in certified reference material and samples determined by the proposed method were in good agreement with the current standard values.The relative error was less than 10%and the relative standard deviation of determination results was less than 5%(n=12).The method has good accuracy and precision,and it can meet the need of fast analysis.
