摘  要:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定银饰品中镧、铈、钐、钇、铟元素的方法。将样品用硝酸溶解,加入盐酸使银基体沉淀分离,在优选的分析谱线下,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定滤液中待测元素的含量。镧、铈、钐、钇、铟的质量浓度在0.0~2.0 μg/mL范围内与光谱强度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.000 2~0.007 9 μg/mL。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.63%~3.59%(n=6),加标样品回收率为97.1%~104.2%。该方法适用于银饰品中镧、铈、钐、钇、铟含量的测定,可为银饰品的监管工作提供技术支持。A method for the determination of lanthanum,cerium,samarium,yttrium and indium in silver jewelry by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was established.The sample was dissolved in nitric acid,and the silver matrix was precipitated and separated by adding hydrochloric acid.Under the optimal analytical line,the content of the elements in the filtrate was determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry.The mass concentration of lanthanum,cerium,samarium,yttrium,indium had good relationships with the spectral intensity in the range of 0.0-2.0μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999,the detection limits were 0.0002-0.0079 μg/mL.The relative standard deviations of the determination results were 0.63%-3.59%(n=6),and the recoveries of spiked samples were 97.1%-104.2%.The method is suitable for the determination of lanthanum,cerium,samarium,yttrium and indium in silver jewelry,which can provide technical support for the supervision of silver jewelry.
