摘　　要：近代以来工业遗产种类繁多,行业之间差异较大,不同保护理念及利用方式作用下工业遗产的形态、特征也不尽相同。从跨越的时间范围来看,可以将其分为近代工业遗产和现代工业遗产,文章在收集整理相关资料的基础上,梳理了中国近代工业遗产的发展状况及其特点,对中国近代工业遗产保护利用模式分类、保护利用原则进行阐述,针对几种不同保护利用模式结合实际案例进行分析,对我国工业遗产保护与再利用有一定的指导借鉴意义。Since modern times,there are many types of industrial heritage,and there are great differences between industries.Different protection concepts and utilization methods will result in different forms and characteristics of industrial heritage.From the perspective of the span of time,it can be divided into modern industrial heritage and modern industrial heritage.Based on the collection and sorting of relevant data,this article sorts out the development status and characteristics of modern industrial heritage in China,and expounds the classification and principles of protection and utilization of industrial heritage in modern China.This paper analyzes several different protection and utilization modes combined with actual cases,which has a certain guiding significance for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in our country.
