高校建筑室内环境质量多方法综合评价研究——以华侨大学教室为例

摘　　要：良好的室内环境质量是学校教室教学活动顺利进行的基础。为探索更有效的室内环境评价与分析方法,文章结合“层次分析法”“模糊综合评价法”“重要-满意象限法”这三种方法,提出“室内环境质量综合评价”模型。并基于该模型对华侨大学4间普通教室进行实例研究,对教室总体室内环境以及声、光、热、空气质量等环境因子的质量现状和改善要求进行探讨。研究结果证明了该模型用于建筑室内环境质量调查和评价的可行性和有效性。除高校教室外,所提模型亦可运用于其他类型建筑的室内环境评价。Good indoor environmental quality(IEQ)is the foundation of classroom activities.In order to explore a more effective way for IEQ assessment and analysis,this paper puts forward the model of"comprehensive evaluation of indoor environmental quality"by combining three methods of"analytic hierarchy process method""fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method"and"importance-satisfaction model".Four classrooms of Huaqiao University were studied based on this model.The IEQ and its improvement requirements of these classrooms were analyzed.The IEQ sub-factors such as sound,light,thermal environment and air quality were also assessed.The results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model for the IEQ investigation and evaluation of classroom.The model can also be used for IEQ assessment of other building types.
