摘 要:为了研究流场分布更为稳定、废钢预热效果更佳的氧燃枪喷吹工艺,本文参考某钢厂实际生产用的预热废钢系统,采用数值模拟法研究了两种喷吹模式(A-B型和A-B-A型)下四种喷吹方式(CO-O_(2)式,O_(2)-CO式,CO-O_(2)-CO式,O_(2)-CO-O_(2)式)的钢包内流场及温度场.研究结果表明,采用A-B-A型O_(2)-CO-O_(2)式喷枪喷吹时的流场及温度场更均匀,在气体—废钢界面的气流最大速度为1.51m/s,最大速度与最小速度的差值为1.49m/s;在废钢料层厚度1/2处最高温度为1101K,最高温度点与最低温度点的温度差为27.29K.工业试验验证表明,数值模拟计算结果与实测点的实测结果的最大温度差小于50K,计算模拟的温度场趋势与实测结果吻合较好,证实采用A-B-A型O_(2)-CO-O_(2)式喷枪喷吹废钢预热效果更佳.In order to study the oxygen lance injection process with more stable flow field distribution and better scrap preheating effect, the flow field and temperature field in the ladle under two injection modes(A-B and A-B-A) with four injection modes(CO-O2,O2-CO,CO-O2-CO,O2-CO-O2) were studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the flow field and temperature field are more uniform when A-B-A mode and O2-CO-O2 type lance are used. The maximum velocity of air flow at the gas scrap interface is 1.51 m/s, and the difference between the maximum velocity and the minimum velocity is 1.49 m/s. The maximum temperature is 1 101 K at 1/2 of the scrap layer thickness, and the temperature difference between the highest point and the lowest point is 27.29 K. The industrial test results show that the maximum temperature difference between the numerical simulation results and the measured results is less than 50 K. Moreover, the calculated temperature field trend is in good agreement with the measured results. It is confirmed that better preheating effect of scrap steel injected by A-B-A mode and O2-CO-O2 type lance can be seen.
