摘 要:开发高效稳定的半导体光催化材料是推动半导体光催化技术应用发展的一个关键问题.钛酸铟作为一种新型的光催化材料,其所具有的特殊晶体结构使其具有优良的光催化性能,可被广泛应用于水分解、有机污染物降解和气体传感器等领域.本文阐述了钛酸铟材料在制备技术及各应用领域的研究进展,并对这类材料的未来发展进行了展望,期望能为相关研究人员提供借鉴之处.The development of efficient and stable semiconductor photocatalytic materials is a key issue to promote the application of semiconductor photocatalytic technology.As a new kind of photocatalytic material,indium titanate has excellent photocatalytic performance due to its special crystal structure,which has been widely utilized in the fields of water decomposition,organic pollutant degradation and gas sensor.This paper reviewed the progress of indium titanate in the preparation technology and various application fields,and the future development of the photocatalyst was also prospected,which would be expected to provide reference for related researchers.
