摘 要:提出了一种阶梯型一维函数光子晶体,即介质折射率不是常数,而是呈阶梯型变化.由经典电磁场理论,即电场和磁场在介质分界面连续的性质,并结合费马原理,给出了光在一维函数光子晶体中的传播方程,再经过详细理论推导,给出了一维函数光子晶体的传输矩阵、色散关系、透射率及电场分布的解析表达式.在此基础上,研究了不同入射角和不同介质厚度对色散关系的影响,同时比较了阶梯型一维函数光子晶体与常规一维光子晶体的透射率,进一步研究了有缺陷和无缺陷的阶梯型函数光子晶体的电场分布.所得结论将为光学器件的设计提供新的理论依据.A step-type photonic crystal with one-dimensional function was proposed,which meant the refractive index of the medium was not a constant but had a step-type change.Based on the classical electromagnetic field theory,namely the continuous properties of the electric field and the magnetic field at the medium interface,and combinded with the Fermat principle,the propagation equation of photon in one-dimensional functional photonic crystal was given.After detailed theoretical derivation,the analytical expressions of the transmission matrx,dispersion relation,transmittance and the electric field distribution of one-dimensional functional photonic crystal were given.On this basis,the influence of different incident angles and different medium thickness on the dispersion relation were studied.Meanwhile,the transmittance of the step-type one-dimensional functional photonic crystal was compared with the conventional one-dimensional photonic crystals.The electric field distribution of the step-type functional photonic crystals with and without defects were further studied.The results will provide a new theoretical basis for the design of optical devices.
