摘　　要：用药教育是药学服务中重要的一部分内容,是药师对门诊患者、住院患者和社区公众进行合理用药指导,为患者普及合理用药知识,预防药品不良反应的发生,并降低用药错误的发生。药师对患者进行处方用药叮嘱、用药咨询服务时,要特别重视对患者的用药教育,提高患者用药依从性。CMTM药师对社区慢病患者开展安全用药教育尤其重要。文章结合具体病例,分析CMTM药师在用药教育中的指导作用。Drug education is an important part of pharmaceutical care.It is the guidance of pharmacists to outpatients,inpatients and the public on rational drug use,so as to popularize the knowledge of rational drug use for patients,prevent the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,and reduce the occurrence of medication errors.Pharmacists should pay special attention to medication education of patients and improve patients'medication compliance when providing prescription medication explanation and medication consultation services.It is particularly important for CMTM pharmacists to carry out safe drug use education for patients with chronic diseases in the community.This study combined with specific cases to analyze the guiding role of CMTM pharmacists in medication education.
