摘 要:目的:探讨盐酸右美托咪定复合七氟醚吸入全麻用于颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术中的麻醉效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年1月实施颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术的患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予七氟醚吸入全麻;观察组在对照组基础上复合盐酸右美托咪定。比较两组麻醉效果、各时间段生命体征及血流动力学指标水平情况。结果:观察组苏醒时间、拔管时间和定向力恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组每搏输出量、心排血量及心脏指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组T_1时平均动脉压(MAP)水平高于对照组,T_2~T_5时MAP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术患者应用盐酸右美托咪定复合七氟醚吸入全麻,可缩短麻醉苏醒时间,改善各时间段动脉压水平,维持血流稳定。Objective:To explore the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2020,200 patients undergoing interventional therapy for intracranial aneurysms were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.The observation group was given dexmedetomidine hydrochloride combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.We compared the anesthetic effect,vital signs and hemodynamic indexes of each period of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the awakening time,extubation time and orientation recovery time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,stroke volume,cardiac output and cardiac index were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the mean arterial pressure(MAP)level at T1 was higher than that in the control group,and the MAP level at T2 to T5 was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms can shorten the recovery time of anesthesia,improve the level of arterial pressure in each period,and maintain the stability of blood flow.
