摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的安全性和疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治尖锐湿疣患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用二氧化碳激光疗法治疗;观察组采用二氧化碳激光+盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组疼痛评分、复发率、不良反应发生率及生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用二氧化碳激光联合盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣兼具有效性与安全性,可同时降低疾病的复发风险,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,50 patients with condyloma acuminatum were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser therapy.The observation group was treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain score,recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carbon dioxide laser combined with aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,at the same time,it can reduce the risk of disease recurrence and improve the quality of life of patients.
