摘　　要：目的:分析内镜下金属钛夹治疗上消化道出血的疗效及安全性。方法:2019年5月-2020年4月收治上消化道出血患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用注射药物止血的方式进行治疗;研究组采用内镜下金属钛夹治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率和止血率。结果:研究组临床总有效率及止血率均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间及各项症状消失时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用内镜下金属钛夹治疗上消化道出血的疗效较好,并发症发生率低,止血率高,安全性较好。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of endoscopic metal titanium clip in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:From May 2019 to April 2020,50 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated by injecting drugs to stop bleeding.The study group was treated by endoscopic metal titanium clip.We compared the clinical efficacy,complication rate and hemostasis rate between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the clinical total effective rate and hemostatic rate were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the length of hospital stay and the disappearance time of symptoms were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of endoscopic metal titanium clip in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is good,the incidence of complications is low,the hemostasis rate is high,and the safety is high.
