岭南地区慢性前列腺增生症特点及治疗经验

摘　　要：根据岭南地区气候特征和当地居民的体质特点,结合10余年临床证治经验,总结归纳岭南地区慢性前列腺增生症的症状特点及治疗经验。岭南地区居民多脾胃虚弱,慢性前列腺增生症患者常兼见湿症,治疗宜行气健脾利湿,还需顾护胃气,兼以补肾。岭南地区慢性前列腺增生症地域特点明显,四诊合参,辨证施治,方见奇效。According to the climatic characteristics of Lingnan area and the physical characteristics of local residents,combined with more than 10 years of clinical experience,the symptoms characteristics and treatment experience of chronic prostatic hyperplasia in Lingnan area were summarized.The residents in Lingnan area are weak in spleen and stomach,so patients with chronic prostatic hyperplasia often suffer from dampness,the treatment is not only appropriate to exercise qi to strengthen the spleen,but also need to take care of stomach qi and tonify the kidney.The regional characteristics of chronic prostatic hyperplasia in Lingnan area are obvious,with four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation and treatment,which can achieve perfect curative effect.
