摘　　要：目的:研究CT血管成像(CTA)对头部血管性病变的临床应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治头部血管性病变患者35例,所有患者均进行颅脑CT平扫+CTA,观察患者CTA诊断情况。结果:35例患者经过CTA诊断,显示脑梗死10例(28.57%),脑出血20例(57.14%),正常5例(14.29%)。与数字减影技术(DSA)结果相比,符合30例(85.71%)。漏诊患者1例为动脉狭窄性病变,1例为静脉畸形。CTA检出动脉瘤比例高于动脉闭塞、狭窄性病变及动静脉畸形,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CTA检出动脉闭塞及狭窄性病变比例高于动静脉畸形和颅内血管正常,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于头部血管性病变患者,可采取CTA检查,能够更好对患者脑部血管成像进行分析,具有无创、准确性高、快速安全的优势,为患者后期治疗奠定基础。Objective:To study the application effect of CT angiography(CTA)on head vascular disease.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,35 cases of patients with head vascular disease were enrolled,all of them underwent craniocerebral CT scan+CTA to observe the diagnosis of CTA.Results:35 patients were diagnosed by CTA,the results indicated that 10(28.57%)cases of cerebral infarction,20(57.14%)cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 5(14.29%)cases of normal.30 cases were corresponded with the results of DSA.One patient with arterial stenosis was misdiagnosed and another one was venous malformation.The detection rate of aneurysms was higher than that of arterial occlusion,stenosis and arteriovenous malformation by CTA,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of arterial occlusion and stenosis was higher than that of arteriovenous malformation and normal intracranial vessels by CTA,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CTA can be used in patients with head vascular disease,which is a good methods to analyze brain vascular imaging,it has the advantages of non-invasive,high accuracy,fast and safe and lays the foundation for the later treatment of patients.
