摘  要:目的:探讨情景游戏与贴纸画奖励法相结合在儿科静脉输液中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年5月静脉输液患儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予儿科常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上联合情景游戏与贴纸画奖励法。比较两组患儿静脉输液依从性、静脉输液穿刺成功率及患儿父母心理状态。结果:研究组患儿静脉输液依从性、静脉穿刺成功率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后患儿父母焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景游戏与贴纸画奖励法相结合在儿科静脉输液中应用,可加强患儿输液依从性,提高穿刺成功率,有效降低患儿父母的焦虑、抑郁程度。Objective:To explore the application effect of the combination of situational game and sticker painting reward method in pediatric intravenous infusion.Methods:From January 2019 to May 2020,80 children with intravenous infusion were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional pediatric nursing.The study group combined situational games with sticker art rewards on the basis of conventional nursing.Compliance with intravenous infusion,success rate of intravenous infusion puncture and psychological state of parents were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance of intravenous infusion in the study group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The venipuncture success rate in the study group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores of parents in the study group were lower than the control group after intervention,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of situational games and reward stickers in pediatric intravenous infusion can enhance the compliance of children,improve the success rate of puncture,and effectively reduce the degree of anxiety and depression of parents.
