摘　　要：目的:探究老年结石患者在B超引导下侧卧位行微创经皮肾镜碎石术的护理效果。方法:2018年3月-2020年3月收治老年结石患者50例,所有患者均实施B超引导下侧卧位行微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,按照不同护理方式分为两组。参照组采用常规护理方式;研究组采用综合护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于参照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后焦虑、抑郁及生活质量评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年结石患者在B超引导下侧卧位行微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗中实施综合护理干预,能够有效预防并发症,缩短手术时间,同时还能有效消除患者负性情绪,促进恢复,护理效果显著。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of type-B ultrasonic guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in lateral position in elderly stone patients.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,50 cases of elderly stone patients were enrolled,all patients were treated with type-B ultrasonic guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in lateral position.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The reference group adopted routine nursing.The study group adopted comprehensive nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The operative time,length of hospital stays and incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,while the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety scale,depression scale and quality of life scale in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly stone patients who undergoing type-B ultrasonic guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in lateral position were received comprehensive nursing,which can not only effectively prevent complications,shorten the operative time,but also can effectively eliminate the negative emotions of patients,promote their recovery and the nursing effect is remarkable.
