摘　　要：目的:探讨助产士团队服务模式对初产妇自我效能及分娩结局的影响。方法:2018年1月-2020年3月收治初产妇116例,采用数字双盲法分为两组。研究组实施助产士团队服务;对照组实施产科常规护理服务。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组孕38周时自我效能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自然分娩率高于对照组,分娩镇痛率及会阴侧切率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组第一、二产程时间及产后2 h失血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:助产士团队服务模式可提升初产妇自我效能,并改善分娩结局。Objective:To explore the influence of midwife team service mode on self efficacy and delivery outcome of primipara.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2020,116 primiparas were selected and divided into two groups using digital double-blind method.The study group received midwife team service.The control group received routine obstetric nursing service.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the self-efficacy score at 38 weeks of gestation was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,and the labor analgesia rate and episiotomy rate were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the amount of blood loss at 2 hours after delivery were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midwife team service model can improve primiparas'self-efficacy and delivery outcomes.
