摘　　要：目的:基于信息、动机、行为技巧(IMB)模型理论,采用结构方程模型,分析核心家庭生殖健康预防行为的影响因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样法,随机抽取贵州省遵义市主城区内5个街道中符合核心家庭标准的家庭成员622名,进行自填式匿名问卷调查,并利用AMOS 21.0软件进行模型构建及分析。结果:IMB模型拟合度较好,行为技巧在知识和动机对预防行为的中介效应显著,知识对预防行为的总效应为0.326,动机对预防行为的总效应为0.303,行为技巧对预防行为的总效应为0.269。结论:核心家庭生殖健康知识和动机通过行为技巧影响预防行为,应为核心家庭提供适宜的、有针对性的健康教育服务。Objective:Based on the theory of information,motivation and behavioral skills(IMB)model,structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of reproductive health prevention behavior in nuclear family.Methods:The cluster random sampling method was used to randomly select 622 family members who met the standard of nuclear family from 5 streets in the main urban area of Zunyi city,Guizhou province,a self-filled anonymous questionnaire was conducted,and the model was constructed and analyzed using AMOS 21.0 software.Results:The IMB model had good fitting degree.The mediating effect of behavioral skills on knowledge and motivation on preventive behavior was significant,the total effect of knowledge on preventive behavior was 0.326,the total effect of motivation on preventive behavior was 0.303,and the total effect of behavioral skills on preventive behavior was 0.269.Conclusion:The knowledge and motivation of reproductive health in nuclear families influence preventive behaviors through behavioral skills,and appropriate and targeted health education services should be provided for nuclear families.
