摘 要:采用还原—氧化法去除硫化锌精矿氧压浸出液中的铁,探究不同通气方式和氧气流量对除铁过程的影响。结果表明,氧气传质对氧化除铁过程有显著影响,强化搅拌对氧气传质影响较小,但曝气可以增加氧气传质,加快Fe^(2+)氧化速率,从而提高铁的去除效率;氧气流量≥1 L/min时,氧气流量对铁去除的影响较小;不添加晶种时,曝气氧化除铁,形成大量非晶态物质,该物质可能是铁水化合物(5Fe_(2)O_(3)·9H_(2)O),因吸附其他离子,阻碍沉淀物向针铁矿转变。研究结果可对湿法炼锌针铁矿法除铁提供参考。The reduction-oxidation method was used to remove iron from oxygen pressure leaching solution of zinc sulfide concentrate,and the effects of different ventilation modes and oxygen flow rate on iron removal process were investigated.The results show that the oxygen mass transfer has a significant effect on the iron removal process,and the enhanced stirring has little effect on the oxygen mass transfer,while aeration can increase the oxygen mass transfer and accelerate the Fe^(2+)oxidation rate,thus improving the iron removal efficiency.When the oxygen flow rate is≥1 L/min,the oxygen flow rate has little effect on the iron removal.When no crystal seed is added,aeration oxidation of iron is employed to form a large amount of amorphous materials,which may be iron hydrate(5Fe_(2)O_(3)·9H_(2)O),duing to adsorption of other ions,and hinder the transition of sediment to goethite.The results can be used as reference for iron removal by wet zinc smelting goethite.
