刺络放血配合解结针法治疗周围性面瘫后遗症的临床体会

摘　　要：周围性面瘫为临床常见病,基本病机为“脉络空虚,风邪侵袭”,周围性面瘫治疗3个月后仍未康复,则属面瘫后遗症,严重影响患者生活,且极为难治,常规治疗方法均难以取效。笔者受左常波教授“三调一治”观点的启发,运用刺络放血结合解结针法治疗面瘫后遗症,临床上取得较为满意的疗效,以期为临床治疗面瘫后遗症提供新的思路和有效方法。Peripheral facial paralysis is a clinical common disease,its pathogenesis is that deficient meridians and collaterals are invaded by wind evil.It would progress to sequelae of facial paralysis if it couldn’t be cured in 3 months.Sequelae of facial paralysis seriously affects the patient’s life,and it’s very hard to be treated with conventional therapies.Inspired by the view thought of“three-regulation and one-harmonization”,which put forward by professor ZUO Changbo,the author applied blood-letting puncture combined with kno-tuntying acupunture to treat sequelae of facial paralysis,which has achieved satisfactory results.This study provided new thought and effective treatment for sequelase of peripheral facial paralysis.
