摘  要:采用三因子五水平二次通用旋转组合设计,通过2017-2018年党参黑膜栽培施肥大田试验,建立产量、效益与氮磷钾施用量的数学模型,探讨各肥料的单因子效应及其交互效应。结果表明,肥料主效应N>K>P,互作效应中N、P之间存在负效应。结论:合理的N、P、K配施可实现党参的最大产量和施肥纯收益,以产量高于3000 kg·hm^(-2),施肥纯收益大于100000元·hm^(-2)为约束条件,优选出最佳变量区间为:x_(1)0.308~0.749,x_(2)0.222~0.749,x_(3)0.422~0.899,即N 213~260 kg·hm^(-2),P_(2)O_(5)102~130 kg·hm^(-2),K2O 56~69 kg·hm^(-2)。The effect of N,P,K balanced fertilization on yield of codonopsis pilosula was studied for establishing the reaction model between the yield and the fertilizers by using three factors and 5 levels quadratic rotational combination design.The results showed that the order of the main effects of fertilizer was N>K>P.In the effect interaction,N,P fertilizer had negative effect.In conclusion,the rational N,P,K fertilization can get the maximum yield of Codonopsis pilosula and net returns of fertilization.With the yield of over 3000 kg·hm^(-2)and net returns of over 100000 yuan·hm^(-2)as constraint conditions,the optimal variable intervals are x_(1)0.308~0.749,x_(2)0.222~0.749,x_(3)0.422~0.899,namely N 213~260 kg·hm^(-2),P_(2)O_(5)102~130 kg·hm^(-2),K2O 56~69 kg·hm^(-2).
