摘 要:针对配电网规划方案可靠性测算中无法有效求解典型接线非整数分段情况下区域综合可靠性指标的问题,本文提出了一种基于典型接线最小分段偏差的线路配置组合方案可靠性测算方法。首先根据规划方案预设典型线路非整分段数、负荷总数;其次求解同时满足线路分段数预设量最小偏差和最优平均停电可用率指标(ASAI)的线路配置组合方案;最后采用故障模式影响分析法计算区域综合可靠性指标。文中通过采用三种典型接线算例验证了所提方法的可行性,并开发了区域综合可靠性测算软件便于工程应用。Aimed at the problem that the regional comprehensive reliability index cannot be effectively solved by the reliability calculation of the distribution network planning scheme in the case of non-integer segment of a typical connection,a reliability calculation method for line configuration combination scheme based on the minimum segment deviation of typical connection is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the number of non-integral segments and a total load of typical lines are preset according to the planning scheme.Secondly,the line configuration combination scheme that meets the minimum deviation of the preset number of line segments and the optimal average service availability index(ASAI)is solved.Finally,the failure mode and effects analysis method is used to calculate the regional comprehensive reliability index.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by examples of three typical connections and the regional comprehensive reliability calculation software is developed to facilitate engineering application.
