小管径通球清管技术的研究及应用

摘　　要：石油工程中需要建设大量的管线设施,管线长期运行后会在内壁上出现粘性油污,会对管道形成堵塞作用,因此要定期或不定期完成清管工作。文章以某清管工程为研究对象,探讨了小管径通球清管技术的操作要求,并详尽分析了小管径通球清管技术的应用方法,并且分析了其他类型的技术项目。A large number of pipeline facilities need to be built in petroleum engineering.After long-term operation,viscous oil will appear on the inner wall of the pipeline,which will block the pipeline.Therefore,pigging work should be completed regularly or irregularly.Taking a pigging project as the research object,this paper discusses the operation requirements of small diameter pigging technology,analyzes the application methods of small diameter pigging technology in detail,and analyzes other types of technical projects.
