摘　　要：匝间短路打火是电机失效的主要原因之一,对电机进行真空匝间耐压全检,能够在早期筛选匝间绝缘不良的电机,有效降低电机使用过程的故障率.本文介绍了低压电机真空匝间耐压测试的原理,并讨论了匝间耐压测试对绕组的破坏性.Short-circuit fire between turns of a random-wounded stator is one of thekey reasons of low-voltage motor breakdown.It is approved effective to pick out poor-in-sulated stators and reduce the product failure rate by applying full inspection of vacuumturn-to-turn withstand voltage and evaluates its potential damage to the winding.
