摘 要:目的:研究不同播种时期和育苗密度对当归种苗质量及成药产值的影响。方法:以岷归2号为实验材料,播种当年采挖种苗,测定根长、芦头粗度、侧根数、百苗质量;次年种苗移栽后,调查返青率、早薹率;药材采收后测定产量,计算一等品出成率及产值。结果:在保护地条件下,7月15日播种,播种量15 kg/亩(1亩≈666.67 m^( 2)),100 d后采挖,种苗的根长为16.63 cm、芦头粗度为0.47 cm、侧根数为0.51个、百苗质量为222.97 g,种苗均一。移栽后,苗子返青率为70.5%、早薹率为5.5%、亩产量为851.4 kg、亩产值为13055.57元,产值较对照组增加13.90%。结论:在较低海拔保护地条件下,通过控制当归的播种时期和育苗密度,能达到优质种苗的低成本供给和成药期当归的增产增值。Objective:The study of effects of sowing time and seedling density on quality of Angelica sinensis seedlings and output value of its patent medicine.Methods:The Mingui No.2 was chosen as the experiment sample to explore the effects of different sowing dates and densities on seedling qualities and production values of A.sinensis.The indexes including root length,head roughness,lateral root number and 100-seedling weight of samples were measured.After transplanting seedlings in the next year,the rates of returning green and early moss were calculated.The yield was measured after patent medicines were harvested,and the yield and output values of the High quality products were calculated.Results:Under the conditions of the protected field,A.sinensis were sown on July 15 th with the seeding amount of 15 kg·Mu-1(1 Mu≈666.67 m^(2))and then dug after 100 days.The average seedling root length,thick reed head,lateral root number,and 100-seedling weight of samples were 16.63 cm,0.47 mm,0.51,222.97 g,respectively.The variation coefficient was small with seedlings uniform.After transplanting,the green rate was 70.5%,the early moss rate was 5.5%,the yield per mu reached 851.4 kg,theoutput value per mu reached 13055.57 Yuan,the output value increased by 13.90%compared with the control,and the quality indicators of the medicinal materials were in line with the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia by random tests.Conclusion:To sum up,under the conditions of lower altitude protected areas,low-cost supply of high-quality seedlings and the increase of production and value of A.sinensis in the patenting period can be achieved by controlling the sowing date and seedling density of A.sinensis.
