摘  要:以自制的不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂为基体,选用不同的活性稀释剂和引发剂,配制出三种新型低有机挥发份高耐热绝缘浸渍树脂。与市场上国外某180级耐热绝缘树脂产品对比,自制的三种国产绝缘树脂的固化挥发份极低,储存稳定、耐热性能良好,耐热等级达到H级以上,电气绝缘综合性能优异,可应用于新能源汽车发动电机领域。Taking unsaturated polyester imine resin as the matrix and using different reactive diluents and initiators,three types of insulation impregnating resin of low organic volatile,high heat-resistance introduced.The performances of these three types of resin are compared with a foreign 180-grade product,which shows that the new resin is of characterstics of low curing volatility,stable storage,good heat resistance,heat resistance(Grade H and above)and excellent electrical insulation performance.It is concluded that the new resin is suitable for the motors for new energy vehicles.
