摘 要:热脱扣器是塑壳断路器热磁脱扣器的重要组成部分,是断路器在电路发生过载电流故障保护功能实现的核心部件,为塑壳断路器提供长延时配电保护功能。本文根据热脱扣器的工作原理,理论计算了热脱扣器中热双金属片的曲率、挠度以及双金属片热弹性变形产生的推力,并运用三维有限元仿真软件ANSYS建立了热脱扣器的有限元模型,采用电-热-结构耦合分析方法,研究了热脱扣器在不同整定电流情况下的温度分布规律及热双金属片冷态动作特性曲线等关键特性。该分析为塑壳断路器热脱扣器设计和优化提供方法、依据。The thermal-magnetic release is an important part of the molded case circuit breaker(MCCB),it is of the function of long-time delay protection for the MCCB against overload current.In this paper,according to the working principle of the thermal-magnetic tripping device,the curvature,deflection and elastic deformation thrust of bimetallic strip are calculated.The finite element model of the release is established by using the 3D simulation software ANSYS.Then,based on the electricity-heat-structural coupling method,the temperature distribution and cold action characteristic of the release under several conditions of different current settings are obtained,which provides a basis for designing and optimizing of the release.
