摘 要:海洋风电发电机的润滑与冷却需要稳定可靠的专用辅助电动机。在海洋环境下,为提高该类电机运转的可靠性,需加强定子绕组的三防(防湿热,防霉菌,防盐雾)。本文介绍浸漆处理和整机的涂漆防锈工艺保护,重点通过定子绕组的两次浸漆和整机涂漆的五遍涂漆工艺流程进行保障。实践表明,该方法使该类电动机能够满足海洋环境的使用要求,达到要求的使用寿命。The stable operation of auxiliary motors for the lubrication and cooling of wind power generators are very important.In order to ensure the motor’s reliability under the marine environment,the requirements of anti-moisture,anti-mildew and anti-salt fog are needed.In this paper,the protection methods of dipping process and the whole painting anti-rust process are introduced,with the focuses of twice impregnation paint of motor’s stators and quintuple coating of whole motor itself.Through the practical use,it is verified that the methods presented can make the motor better adapt to the marine environment.
