摘 要:为解决高速纺纱生产时钢丝圈使用寿命短及毛羽、断头多等问题,介绍田口试验方法并采用该试验方法研究钢丝圈Ni-W-P合金镀层耐磨性;对研究结果进行信噪比分析,得到钨酸钠、有机胺、柠檬酸钠及pH值、温度对其耐磨性影响的主次关系,提出镀层制备工艺优化组合。结果表明,影响钢丝圈Ni-W-P合金镀层耐磨性最主要的3个影响因子分别为钨酸钠浓度、柠檬酸钠浓度、有机胺浓度,按优化后的因子配比进行确认数值试验,得到信噪比试验值和预测值分别为-0.239 754和-0.399 590;指出:化学镀Ni-W-P合金耐磨层能有效提高钢丝圈耐磨性,从而延长其使用寿命,应用Ni-W-P合金镀层钢丝圈纺纱,能减少成纱毛羽和断头,提高成纱质量,钢丝圈使用寿命不少于15 d,可实现高速纺纱、长寿命的要求。In order to solve the problems such as short service life,more hairiness and broken ends of travelers in high-speed spinning,the Taguchi test method is introduced and the wear resistance of Ni-W-P alloy coating on travelers are studied by the method.The signal noise ratio of the research results is analyzed,the primary and secondary relationships of the effects of sodium tungstate,organic amine,sodium citrate and pH value on the wear resistance are obtained,and the optimal combination of coating preparation process is put forward.The results show that the three main factors affecting the wear resistance of Ni-W-P alloy coating of travelers are the concentration of sodium tungstate,sodium citrate and organic amine,the validation numerical test is carried out according to the optimized factor ratio,and the experimental and predicted values of signal noise ratio are-0.239754 and-0.399590.It is pointed out that the wear resistant layer of electroless plating Ni-W-P alloy can effectively improve the wear resistance of traveler and prolong its service life.The application of traveler with Ni-W-P alloy plating in spinning can reduce yarn hairiness and broken ends,improve yarn quality,and the service life of the traveler is not less than 15 d,and can meet the requirements of high-speed spinning and long service life.
