摘　　要：为用好FT024型自调匀整器、提高生条质(重)量稳定性,介绍其工作原理,S1,S2,JP,LUMP,GAIN,WEIGHT等参数的意义与设定,自调匀整调整方法及显示故障符号的含义;提出使用中特殊情况的处理方法和匀整效果对喂入棉箱、梳棉机的要求。指出:确保自调匀整良好功能的关键在于设备状态的保证及参数的正确调整,当温度、相对湿度等导致生条质(重)量变化时应该轻微补调,确保喂棉箱及输棉管道的压力稳定,梳棉机状态良好;调整FT024型自调匀整器后需等待3 min~5 min,再进行生条质(重)量测试。In order to make good use of the autoleveller FT024 and improve the stability of sliver weight,the working principle,and the significance,setting and auto-levelling adjustment methods of the parameters including S1,S2,JP,LUMP,GAIN and WEIGHT,as well as the meaning of displaying failure symbol are introduced.The treatment methods of special circumstances for use and the requirements of levelling effects for the feeding box and the carding machine are put forward.It is pointed out that the key to ensure the good function of autoleveller is guarantee of equipment status and correct adjustment of parameters.When the temperature and relative humidity lead to the change of sliver weight,it should be adjusted slightly,and make sure that the pressure of feeding box and conveying pipe is stable and the carding machine is in good condition.After the adjustment of the autoleveller FT024,it is necessary to wait for 3 min~5 min before testing the sliver weight.
