摘　　要：为解决筒纱夹带回丝的问题,分析大小夹头夹带回丝、电子清纱器捻接剪切和大吸嘴、小吸嘴方面造成筒纱夹带回丝的原因;从保证夹头防缠绕装置作用正常、做好清纱保障、及时调整清纱工艺、抓筒纱挡车工巡回、配棉工艺及堆包和平包等方面提出筒纱夹带回丝的预防措施;说明应全面系统地分析筒纱夹带回丝原因,从配棉工艺、络筒工序采取有力措施,才能切实减少筒纱夹带回丝问题、显著提升筒纱品质。In order to solve the problem of cheese entrapping refuse,the causes of cheese entrapping refuse are analyzed in terms of entrapping refuse of chuck in many sizes,the splicing and shearing of electronic yarn cleaner,and problems of big and small suction nozzle.The preventive measures of cheese entrapping refuse are put forward from the following aspects:ensuring the normal function of the anti-winding device of the chuck,ensuring yarn cleaning,adjusting yarn cleaning processing in time,paying attention to circuit work of cheese spinners,cotton assorting,and stacking and baling of cotton.It is suggested that the causes of cheese entrapping refuse should be analyzed comprehensively and systemically,and effective measures should be taken from cotton blending process and winding process,so as to effectively reduce the problem of cheese entrapping refuse and significantly improve the quality of cheese.
