棉纺环锭细纱机钢带式理管装置的改进

摘　　要：为提高棉纺环锭细纱机集体落纱效率、实现纺纱全自动化,介绍钢带式理管装置的结构、功能及在生产使用中存在的问题;分析对比理管装置改进前后的传动结构;改进传动结构路径为:由1套输送机构中间输送、自动理管、橡胶输送爪代替塑料输送爪,与输送带胶粘在一起,储存箱中的纱管通过传动辊、输送辊输送到列管器中,由分离杆将左右侧的纱管分离。实际应用表明:改进后的理管装置结构简单、传动机构运转平稳,故障率和制造成本低,且效率高、用工少。To improve the collective doffing efficiency of cotton ring spinning frame,and realize the spinning automation,the structure,function and problems existing in production of the tube sorting device of steel-belt type are introduced.The transmission structure before and after improvement of the tube sorting device is analyzed and compared.The path of improved transmission structure is as follows:a set of conveying mechanism is used for intermediate conveying,automatic tube sorting,rubber conveying claw instead of plastic conveying claw,which is glued together with the conveyor belt,and then the tubes in the storage box are transported to the tube array device through the transmission roller and the conveying roller,and the left and right side of the tubes are separated by the separating rod.The practical application shows that the improved tube sorting device has the advantages of simple structure,stable operation of transmission mechanism,low failure rate and manufacturing costs,high efficiency,and less labor.
