梳棉机弹性盖板针布的发展及配置应用

摘　　要：为充分发挥梳棉机弹性盖板针布的使用功能,介绍其基本针型和梳针分布型式的发展,探讨针密、植角和纵横向梳针分布的创新与合理配置弹性盖板针布的原则,展望其发展趋势。指出:梳理不同的纤维,应选择不同针密分布型式,以发挥弹性回转盖板针布的梳理功能;配置弹性盖板针布时还须考虑与前、后固定齿条盖板针布的配合,并跟踪弹性盖板针布隔距与梳理质量的关系、梳理区纤维的转移和释放功能;表明梳理功能的关键是针布具有优良的锋利度、表面粗糙度、针尖平面度和耐磨性。In order to give full play to the function of flexible flat clothing of carding machine,the development of the basic needle type and the needle distribution pattern are introduced.The innovation of needle density,inserting angle and needle distribution of longitudinal and transverse,and the principle of rational allocation of flexible flat clothing are discussed.The development trend of flexible flat clothing is also prospected.It is pointed out that the different needle density distribution should be selected for carding different fibers to give full play to the carding function of flexible flat clothing.The matching of the front and rear stationary wired flat clothing should be considered when the flexible flat clothing are configured,and the relationship between the gauge of flexible flat clothing and the carding quality,and the function of fiber transfer and release in the carding area are tracked.It shows that the key of carding function is excellent sharpness,surface roughness,flatness of needle tip and wear resistanc of the card clothing.
