摘  要:为了展示ITMA2019巴塞罗那国际纺机展上集聚纺纱新技术,介绍了多种负压气流集聚和机械压缩集聚型式;阐述立达推出的COMPACTdrum单排小孔金属吸鼓负压集聚装置、COMPACTapron三罗拉大前胶辊小吸管网格圈负压集聚装置,及COMPACTeasy二次复合机械集聚装置的技术亮点;通过环锭纺集聚型式的变化与发展,说明其技术应用和发展态势。指出:ITMA2019巴塞罗那国际纺机展上展示的集聚纺纱多方位创新产品,证明传统纺纱技术仍有较大进步空间;国际先进厂商仍引领着行业技术创新发展;期望在集聚效果、装置成本、集聚能耗和改造便利性等影响集聚技术性价比方面能有更大进步;我国集聚纺纱装置制造企业应该克服固化认知,奋起直追。In order to demonstrate the new compact spinning technologies at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition(ITMA2019),several compact forms of air flow negative pressure and mechanical compression are introduced.The technical highlights of the single-row and aperture metal suction drum negative pressure compact device COMPACTdrum launched by Rieter,the small straw lattice negative pressure compact device COMPACTapron with three-rollers large front cot,and the secondary composite mechanical compact device COMPACTeasy are described.Through the change and development of the compact form of ring spinning,its technical application and development trend are explained.It is pointed out that the multi-directional innovative products of compact spinning exhibited at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition(ITMA2019)prove that traditional spinning technology still has great room for improvement.International advanced manufacturers are still leading the technological innovation and development of the industry.It is expected that greater progress will be made in terms of the compact effect,device costs,energy consumption and renovation conve nience, etc.Chinese compact spinning device manufacturing enterprises should overcome the curing cognition and catch up.
