梳理机用高转移率金属针布齿条研发与应用

摘　　要：为提高非织造布罗拉梳理机金属针布握持、转移纤维能力,避免在梳理过程中出现不抓棉、掉网、飞花、内凝聚辊缠棉的问题,分析研发的3类高转移率金属针布齿条的齿形结构及型号,并在浙江、安徽使用不同梳理机对不同品种纤维进行试纺。结果表明:高转移率金属针布齿条齿形设计基本合理,对纤维的抓取、控制能力增强,梳理和转移效果提高,适用于包卷中道夫、道夫、工作辊和外凝聚辊。To improve the ability to grip and transfer fiber of MCC of roller carding machine for nonwovens,and prevent the problems such as not catching cotton,dropping network,fly,condensing roller wrapping cotton in carding,the tooth profile structure and model of three kinds of MCC rack with high transfer rate researched and developed are analyzed,and trial spinning of the three kinds of MCC rack with high transfer rate using different carding machine to try different varieties fiber is done in Zhejiang and Anhui.The results show that the tooth shape design of the MCC rack with high transfer rate is basically reasonable,and the ability to grasp and control the fiber is enhanced,the carding and transfer effect is improved,and it is suitable for wrapped middle doffer,doffer,work roller and external condensing roller.
