摘 要:为研究温拌沥青混合料中橡胶粉目数及温拌剂对胶粉改性沥青混合料高温性能的影响,进行了温拌前后不同目数的胶粉改性沥青混合料在40℃、50℃、60℃下的三轴重复加载蠕变试验。试验结果表明,较高温度、较小应力下,温拌混合目胶粉改性沥青混合料(WRMAM@CM)的高温性能最优,温拌60目胶粉改性沥青混合料(WRMAM@60M)次之,热拌60目胶粉改性沥青混合料(HRMAM@60M)性能略差,热拌混合目胶粉改性沥青混合料(HRMAM@CM)性能最差;高温、大应力下,温拌混合目胶粉改性沥青混合料(WRMAM@CM)的高温性能最优,温拌60目胶粉改性沥青混合料(WRMAM@60M)次之,热拌混合目胶粉改性沥青混合料(HRMAM@CM)性能略差,热拌60目胶粉改性沥青混合料(HRMAM@60M)性能最差。根据蠕变试验结果拟合出基于改进的Burgers模型的黏弹参数,从黏弹参数角度进一步解释温拌前、后不同目数的胶粉改性沥青混合料高温性能的变化规律。In order to study the effect of the number of rubber powder mesh and warm mix agent in warm mix asphalt mixture on the high temperature performance of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture,the triaxial repeated loading creep experiments of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture with different numbers of mesh before and after warm mix at 40℃,50℃and 60℃.The experimental results show that,under the condition of higher temperature and lower stress,the high temperature performance of the rubber powder modified asphalt mixture of warm mix mixed mesh(WRMAM@CM)is the best,and that of warm mix 60-mesh(WRMAM@60M)is the next,the performance of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture of hot mix 60-mesh(HRMAM@60M)is slightly poor,and that of the the rubber powder modified asphalt mixture of hot mix mixed mesh(HRMAM@CM)is the worst;under the condition of high temperature and large stress,the high temperature performance of the rubber powder modified asphalt mixture of warm mix mixed mesh(WRMAM@CM)is the best,and that of warm mix 60-mesh(WRMAM@60M)is the next,the performance of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture of hot mix mixed mesh(HRMAM@CM)is slightly poor,and that of the the rubber powder modified asphalt mixture of hot mix 60-mesh(HRMAM@60M)is the worst.Finally,according to the creep experiment results,the viscoelastic parameters based on the improved Burgers model are fitted,so as to further explain the change rule of high temperature performance of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture with different numbers of mesh before and after warm mixing from the perspective of viscoelastic parameters.
