摘  要:夏季沥青路面温度最高可达60~70℃,在高温条件下,沥青路面会产生车辙等一系列病害。为实现路面降温,针对沥青路面的热传递方式,基于大空隙半柔性沥青路面,在水泥基灌浆料中加入空心玻璃微珠作为填充材料,设计出一种新型的低导热灌注式水泥基材料。在对低导热水泥基材料进行配合比设计的基础上,研究了玻璃微珠对水泥基材料流动性、力学性能及热学性能的影响。结果表明,增加玻璃微珠掺入量会导致水泥试块的抗压强度和导热系数均逐步下降,导热系数最大下降幅度有27.3%。The highest temperature of asphalt pavement in summer can reach 60-70℃,and a series of diseases on asphalt pavementsuch as rutting can be caused under the condition of high temperature.In order to reduce the temperature of pavement,according to the heat transfer mode of asphalt pavement,a new type of pouring-type cement-based material with low thermal conductivity is designed by adding hollow glass beads into the cement-based grouting materialbased on the large gap semi-flexible asphalt pavement.Based on the mix design of hot cement-based materials with low conductivity,the effects of glass beads on the fluidity,mechanical properties and thermal properties of cement-based materials are studied.The results show that,the compressive strength and thermal conductivity coefficient of cement block gradually decreasewith the increase of the mixing content of glass beads,and the maximum falling range of thermal conductivity coefficient is 27.3%.
