氯丁胶乳对老化沥青再生性能的影响研究

摘　　要：分别利用氯丁胶乳及两种国产再生剂对老化沥青进行再生,并对比研究再生沥青各项性能指标,研究结果表明,随着氯丁胶乳掺量的增大,再生沥青针入度小幅减小,但在软化点恢复程度上,氯丁胶乳明显优于两种国产再生剂。氯丁胶乳在改善再生沥青低温性能方面作用较明显,且自身高温性能和抗老化性能较好,从而对再生沥青的质量变化影响较小,提高了再生沥青的抗老化性能。The chloroprene latex and two kinds of domestic regenerants are respectively used to regenerate the aged asphalt,and the performance indexes of recycled asphalt are compared and studied.The research results show that,with the increase of chloroprene latex content,the penetration of recycled asphalt decreases slightly,but the recovery degree of softening point of chloroprene latex is obviously better than that of two kinds of domestic regenerants.Chloroprene latex has obvious effect on improving the low temperature performance of recycled asphalt,and its high temperature performance and anti-aging performance are better,which has little effect on the quality change of recycled asphalt,and improves the anti-aging performance of recycled asphalt.
