摘  要:心律失常是终末期肾病患者血液透析过程中影响患者透析质量及生存率最严重的并发症之一,透析过程中血钾浓度的快速降低是患者发生心律失常的重要原因。因此,根据患者透析前血钾水平制定个体化透析液钾浓度是避免或减少透析间期心律失常的有效手段。Arrhythmia is one of the most serious complications that affect the dialysis quality and survival rate of patients with end-stage renal disease during hemodialysis.The rapid decrease of serum potassium concentration during dialysis is an important reason for the occurrence of arrhythmia.Therefore,individualized dialysate potassium concentration is an effective method to avoid or reduce interdialysis arrhythmia according to the serum po tassium level before dialysis.
