对鼻中隔高位偏曲患者进行鼻内镜下个性化矫正术的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨对鼻中隔高位偏曲患者进行鼻内镜下个性化矫正术的临床效果。方法:将2014年1月至2019年6月期间江苏省灌南县人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的56例鼻中隔高位偏曲患者作为研究对象。对这56例患者均进行全身麻醉下鼻内镜鼻腔探查术,再根据其鼻中隔偏曲的形态及特点进行个性化偏曲矫正术。然后,观察这些患者的治疗效果。结果:这56例患者均顺利完成一期手术治疗,其偏曲部位的矫正效果良好,其中鼻道和上鼻道的开放良好且引流通畅,其头昏、头痛、鼻塞、嗅觉减退等症状明显改善或消失。对这56例患者进行为期6个月的随访结果显示,其均未发生鼻中隔穿孔、鼻中隔软偏、鼻腔粘连、鼻中隔血肿、鞍鼻畸形、脑脊液鼻漏等并发症。结论:对鼻中隔高位偏曲患者进行鼻内镜下个性化矫正术的效果显著,可最大限度地恢复其鼻腔功能,改善其临床症状。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of personalized nasal endoscopic correction for patients with high nasal septum deviation.METHODS:A total of 56 patients with high nasal septal deviation admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,Guannan People’s Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January 2014 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects.All the 56 patients underwent nasal endoscopic exploration under general anesthesia,and then personalized correction of nasal septal deviations was performed according to the shape and characteristics of nasal septal deviations.Then,the efficacy of treatment in these patients was observed.Results:All the 56 patients successfully completed the first stage of surgical treatment,and the correction effect of the deviations was good.The nasal meatus and superior nasal meatus were opened well and the drainage was smooth.The symptoms of dizziness,headache,nasal congestion,hypopsia and so on were improved or disappeared.The 56 patients were followed up for 6 months,and none of them had septal perforation,nasal septal soft deviation,nasal adhesion,septal hematoma,saddle nose deformity,cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and other complications.Conclusion:individualized nasal endoscopic correction is effective for patients with high deviated nasal septum,which can restore nasal function to the maximum extent and impr ove clinical symptoms.
