用沙库巴曲缬沙坦对不同年龄段射血分数降低型心力衰竭患者进行治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析用沙库巴曲缬沙坦对不同年龄段射血分数降低型心力衰竭(HF-rEF)患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2018年4月至2019年9月期间聊城市第二人民医院收治的80例HF-rEF患者作为研究对象。将其中年龄<60岁的患者设为对照组(n=40),将其中年龄>60岁的患者设为研究组(n=40)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,为研究组患者加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的各项心功能指标〔左心室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)〕、各项肾功能指标〔血清肌酐(Scr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)〕及临床疗效。结果:接受治疗后,两组患者的LVPW及LVEDD相比较,P>0.05。接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,研究组患者的LVEF、eGFR及治疗的总有效率均更高,其血清Scr及血清BUN的水平均更低,P<0.05。结论:与年龄<60岁的HF-rEF患者相比,使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦对年龄>60岁的HF-rEF患者进行治疗的效果更好,可更有效地改善其心功能及肾功能。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of shakubactrevalsartan in the treatment of patients with reduced ejection fraction(HF-REF)in different ages.METHODS:A total of 80 patients with HF-REF admitted to Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Patients with age<60 years old were set as the control group(n=40),and patients with age>60 years old were set as the study group(n=40).Patients in the study group were treated with shakubatrovalsartan on the basis of conventional treatment.Then,cardiac function indexes(left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPW),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)),renal function indexes(serum creatinine(SCR),serum urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate(EGFR))and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the LVPW and LVEDD of 2 groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,compared with the control group,the LVEF,EGFR and the total effective rate of treatment were higher in the study group,and the serum levels of Scr and BUN were lower(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Compared with HF-REF patients aged<60 years,shaqubatrovalsartan has a better therapeutic effect on HF-REF patients aged>60 years,and can improve thei r cardiac and renal functions more effectively.
