推拿联合针刺疗法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察用推拿联合针刺疗法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月期间保定市第一中心医院收治的105例血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=52)和研究组(n=53)。对对照组52例患者进行针刺治疗,对研究组53例患者进行推拿联合针刺治疗。治疗10 d后,对比两组患者的临床疗效及腰椎功能的恢复情况。结果:治疗10 d后,与对照组患者相比,研究组患者治疗的总有效率较高,其Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)的评分较低,P<0.05。结论:用推拿联合针刺疗法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效确切,可改善患者的腰椎功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.METHODS:A total of 105 patients with lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type admitted to Baoding First Central Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into control group(n=52)and study group(n=53)according to random number table method.52 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture,and 53 patients in the study group were treated with massage combined with acupuncture.After 10 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the recovery of lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results:After 10 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the total response rate of the study group was higher,and the score of Oswestry Disability Inventory(ODI)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with acupuncture therapy is effective in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation an d can improve the lumbar function of patients.
