银离子抗菌敷料与凡士林油纱在天疱疮护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨为天疱疮患者使用银离子抗菌敷料与凡士林油纱覆盖其创面的效果。方法:选取2012年2月至2014年2月期间重庆市中医院收治的60例天疱疮患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为观察组和对照组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用银离子抗菌敷料覆盖创面,为对照组患者使用凡士林油纱覆盖创面。然后观察两组患者接受治护的效果、发生感染及皮肤过敏的情况。结果:观察组患者治护的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在接受治护期间均未发生感染或皮肤过敏。结论:与使用凡士林油纱相比,为天疱疮患者使用银离子抗菌敷料覆盖创面的效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of covering pemphigus wound with silver ion antibacterial dressing and petroleum jelly gauze.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with pemphigus admitted to Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected as the research objects.These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Routine treatment was given to both groups.On this basis,the observation group was covered with silver ion antibacterial dressing,and the control group was covered with petroleum jelly gauze.Then observe the effect of treatment,infection and skin allergy of the two groups.RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No infection or skin allergy occurred in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:Compared with the use of Vaseline gauze,silver ion antibacterial dressing for pemphigus patients is more effective.
