嵌入性视角下的协商民主创新发展研究

摘　　要：“嵌入性”理论不仅适用于经济行为分析,对于民主政治建设分析同样具有重要意义。社会主义民主政治建设的根本价值导向是坚持社会本位,深深嵌入社会网络之中,而不是脱嵌于社会。中国协商民主的嵌入性发展具有社会结构性和耦合拓展性特征。未来中国协商民主嵌入性发展的重点还需突出社会阶层整合的协商嵌入,强化社会基层治理的协商嵌入,提升协商民主嵌入性发展的制度化水平。The "embeddedness" theory is not only applicable to the analysis of economic behaviors,but is also of great significance to the analysis of the democratic political improvement.The fundamental value orientation of socialist democratic political development is to adhere to the social standard,and be deeply embedded in the social network rather than isolate from it.The "embedded" development of the deliberative democracy in China has the characteristics of social structure and coupling expansion.In the future,it should focus on embedding deliberation into the integration of social strata and into the social governance at communities,and better institutionalize the "embedded" development of deliberative democracy.
