摘 要:随着工业互联网的发展,物料运输领域对自动化程度要求显著提高。自动引导小车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)对物料运输领域自动化的发展有着十分重要的推进作用。针对传统AGV采用蓄电池供电存在污染严重、供电时间不持续等问题,提出了一种感应耦合供电系统,并对其主要电路拓扑进行了分析与设计。基于电磁感应原理,该系统从地下铺设的高频恒流线路上获取电能,经转换后给AGV小车供电,从而实现运动中的无接触供电。实验结果表明,该系统可以提供1000 W的输出功率,能够直接为AGV小车供电,可以有效解决AGV小车采用蓄电池供电存在的隐患和问题,提升了AGV小车系统的安全性。With the development of industrial Internet,the requirement of automation in the field of material transportation has been significantly improved.The automated guided vehicle(AGV)plays an important role in promoting the development of automation in the field of material transportation.Aiming at the problems of high pollution and unsustainable power supply time in traditional AGV,an inductive coupling power supply system for AGV is proposed,and its main circuit topology is analyzed and designed.Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,the system obtains electric energy from the high-frequency constant current line laid underground and supplies power to AGV car after conversion,so as to realize contactless power supply in motion.The experimental results show that the system can provide 1000 W output power,directly supply power for AGV car,effectively solve the hidden dangers and problems of AGV battery power supply and improve the safety,flexibility and social economy of AGV system.
