超声引导下扳机指针刀松解的临床价值

摘　　要：目的通过观察超声引导下扳机指针刀松解治疗效果,并比较松解术后注射类固醇激素与注射生理盐水患者治疗效果,探讨超声引导下扳机指针刀松解治疗的临床价值。方法将59例诊断为扳机指患者分为两组:A组针刀治疗组和B组针刀治疗联合类固醇激素注射治疗组;两组患者均先进行针刀松解治疗,手术过程中根据绞锁程度进行不同松解,松解术后A组注射生理盐水,B组注射德宝松混合液,观察两组治疗术后和术后2周治疗效果,比较两组治疗效果差异。结果两组均有良好的治疗效果,治愈率可达90%,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下扳机指针刀松解全程可视化,实现精准化治疗,术中可根据病情严重程度调节针刀松解范围,为扳机指有效微创治疗方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ultrasound guided A1 pulley release in the treatment of trigger finger using needle knife,to compare the therapeutic effects of postoperative injection of steroids and normal saline,and to explore the clinical value of ultrasound-guided A1 Pulley Release of Trigger Finger Using Needle-knife.Methods Fifty-nine patients with trigger finger were divided into two groups:Group A injected with normal saline and group B injected with steroid after needle knife treatment.The curative effects of the two groups after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were compared.Results Both groups had good therapeutic effects,and the cure rate was 90%.But there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Under the guidance of ultrasound,the whole release process of trigger finger with needle-knife can be visualized.We can achieve the accurate treatment,and we can adjust the release degree of needle-knife treatment according to the severity of diseases.Ultrasound-guided release in the treatment of trigger finger is an effective minimally invasive treatment.
