摘　　要：对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下检验科生物安全管理工作进行总结与思考,为进一步工作提升奠定基础。以天津市第一中心医院检验科生物安全管理体系为例分析总结。通过加强生物安全管理,建立了完善的实验室生物安全管理体系,配备了符合标准的硬件设施和防护物资,完善了检验科内部、外部人员培训,完善了人员档案,完成了检验全过程的生物安全评估,加强了实验室消毒与清洁管理。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的发生对医院检验科的生物安全管理工作提出了前所未有的高标准,检验科对该方面工作应不断完善,并总结今后应对类似突发公共卫生事件的有效方法.To summarize and study the laboratory biosafety management under COVID-19 epidemic situation,and lay the foundation for further work improvement.The biosafety management system of the Laboratory Department of Tianjin First Central Hospital was analyzed and summarized.Biosafety management was performed to establish complete laboratory biosafety management system,prepare standard hardware facilities and protective materials,improve internal and external personnel training and personnel files management in laboratory,complete biosafety assessment of entire inspection process,strengthen laboratory disinfection and cleaning management.The occurrence of CIVID-19 proposes the unprecedented high standard for hospital biosafety management,and the laboratory should continuously improve and summarize effective methods for responding to similar public health emergencies.
